Tell your assistant what matters
Start with a daily question or request by voice or WhatsApp. Our first workflow is delivery follow-through: what is ready, what is blocked, and who needs to act.
THE PRODUCT / IN DEVELOPMENT
ezenciel is building an AI operating system for small-business owners. The entry point is your personal assistant. Behind it, a shared company layer connects employees, approved tools, current work, and reviewed knowledge—so follow-through can continue beyond one chat.
The product is in development. We’re inviting owners to help shape the first workflow. Recording, system access, and business data require an agreed scope and consent.
HOW THE PRODUCT WILL WORK
Start with a daily question or request by voice or WhatsApp. Our first workflow is delivery follow-through: what is ready, what is blocked, and who needs to act.
With agreed access, connect team updates to your existing order, dispatch, or production spreadsheet. Keep sources, update times, conflicting reports, and missing answers visible for review.
Prepare a short exception list with the responsible person and proposed next step. You approve actions; reviewed outcomes build the shared business record.
ONE QUESTION / TWO STARTING CONTEXTS
Illustrative product workflows. These capabilities are planned; customer results have not been established.
The dispatch sheet says assigned; the team update says a driver is unavailable. The planned assistant flags the conflict, identifies who needs to confirm coverage, and prepares a follow-up for your approval.
The order sheet says due Friday; the production update says one part is missing. The planned assistant brings the blocker and source together, asks for the missing answer, and prepares the next step for your review.
What is at risk, who owns the answer, and what remains unknown? The goal is a short, reviewable brief with sources and update times that helps you act without chasing every update yourself.
One company context. More than one assistant.
We’re designing ezenciel so your assistant and your employees’ assistants can work with the same business knowledge and approved tools, with access appropriate to each role.
Our direction includes Claude and Codex through supported interfaces. Connections to personal assistants such as Muse and Instinct are also an ambition, subject to the access those products provide. These connections are planned; availability will be confirmed as integrations are released.
THE SHARED COMPANY LAYER
You keep gathering the same updates before you can make a decision.
The first conversation is useful if delivery or order status is scattered across your team and spreadsheets, you still chase the exceptions yourself, and you’re open to testing one small workflow.
If your dispatch or production process already gives you a dependable view of exceptions, we’ll explore whether there is a real gap before proposing a test. This product is in development; live fleet monitoring, route optimization, and a ready-made transport or manufacturing system are outside the initial scope.
